I want to cancel my order?

We do not follow any cancellation policy. However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations.
Email us on with your Order number and Email address. Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order placement. Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already.
If you’d like to purchase alternative piece instead of what you already have, that will be a fresh purchase and transaction.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we can exchange or alter it for you free of cost. Only, the shipping charge will be borne by you.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 15 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

How can I inform about any defect/issues in the product to gold tree?

Requirement to inspect and give notice of a defect
1. The Customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to gold tree and Courier Company by email, of any matter whereof the Customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.
2. If the Customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
3. The Customer shall give us written notice of any hidden defects within 24 hour of their delivery.

What is the process for Refund/Replace?

Share the Item Condition and Photo with the detailed reason for Refund/Replace over the mail with details of your Order ID.
Our Return team will consult and accordingly our fitting expert team will get in touch with you with a quick response.
The day we receive the outfit back, we perform a thorough quality check. After the outfit passes the quality check, we will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit, which you can use for your future purchase. Sorry no Refunds.

Why was my order cancelled by gold tree?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
• If product is out of stock or is discontinued
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
